The half marathon training program continues! Here is a quick running top three:
1. Racking up the miles: I ran 76 miles in April, including a few long runs (8 and 9 miles).
2. Cinco de Mayo 10k: Matt and I finished the 10k race in time to enjoy the post race party with veggie burritos and Lagaunitas beer:
3. Countdown: 12 days until my Half – the Portland Rock-N-Roll Half Marathon! Only one more long training run – 10 miles this weekend.
