Hey, I’m Reni.
I am a Health Coach and Wellness Writer who helps fitness-focused females find increased energy by creating confidence in the kitchen with cooking and meal planning.
I enjoy fitness – running, yoga, strength training – and I love cooking, creating simple meals using fresh, local ingredients from the fabulous Farmers Market in my hometown of Portland, Oregon.
But this wasn’t always the case… I used to swig large caramel macchiatos for breakfast and munch on chips and salsa with a side of pizza for dinner while my stove developed layer of dust. Eventually, I learned an important truth:
Staying active is important, but fueling your body with healthy food is critical.
The key is to find balance; fuel your fitness with healthy nutrition. Getting comfortable in the kitchen and cooking meals at home will drive results better than hours of getting sweaty at the gym.
I provide practical tips on how to do this in my book, Eat Like A Champ.
Buy my book on Amazon, or if you want to try it before you buy it…
